Power of Attorney Revocation
Fla. Stat. § 709.2120Formally revoke an existing Florida Durable or General Power of Attorney.
This wizard creates a Revocation of Power of Attorney under Florida § 709.2120.
After signing, you should notify your former agent and any third parties (banks, healthcare providers, government agencies) who relied on the original POA. A revocation is not effective against a third party until they have actual notice of the revocation.
Must be signed before a notary and two witnesses for real property POAs.
